Production method

1. Remove free radicals
The antioxidant activity of ellagic acid in vivo and in vitro has been explored continuously. More and more research results show that ellagic acid has strong free radical scavenging and antioxidant ability.
2. Inhibit lipid peroxidation
Ellagic acid is considered to be the most effective inhibitor of the microsomal NADPH-dependent lipid peroxidation initiation stage, and ellagic acid can also strongly inhibit adriamycin induced lipid peroxidation.
3. Other antioxidant activities
Ellagic acid can reduce cell damage caused by radiation, hydrogen peroxide and mitomycin C in mouse bone marrow cells.

Ellagic acid has other effects
